By submitting a request form (below) you are agreeing/accepting all terms of the facility usage policy and agreement.
Before you make a request, you are welcome to view the NFC master calendar to check if the date you are requesting is available. Click here to view the master calendar! (Note: even if your date is "free" on the master calendar, it does not guarantee acceptance, availability, or approval of your request date.)
